Customisation process

1. Provide product renderings and overall product customization plan to customers for confirmation;
2. After the plan is determined, we will arrange 3D proofing of the product appearance and conduct mounting and sealing tests on the PCB board to ensure the feasibility of the product during implementation and its consistency with the original concept.After the 3D sample is confirmed, we will make the mold and produce the first sample of the product. Similarly, Joint will go through multiple rounds of product reviews and detail adjustments with the customer to ensure that the product is produced with nearly zero defects.
3. Joint will trial produce some products in small batches, and the trial production products will undergo all-round testing: aging test, weather resistance test, waterproof test, impact test, etc. At the same time, the products will be given to customers for practical application testing to confirm the quality of the final product.
4. Generate products in batches, and store and maintain customer’s molds strictly and carefully. Prevent customers’ product technical details from being leaked or plagiarized, and always be ready for production for additional customer orders.
